the UK is at the bottom of the European bank holiday league table, with 8 days , the average is 12 days and the top is 14 days, so to be fair we should ask for bank holidays for all the home nations saints , VE Day( just to shove one up Mrs Merkel) and any other day we can think of. HMMM looking at this should we really kick of about bank holidays ? yes we are at the bottom of the bank holiday compared to Europe .But I dont believe other countries come to a holt when they have a 1inch of snow like we do.. Whistle ..
