England 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey
Roof Rails Again

I am sorry to bring this subject up again but I am hoping someone can help me.
I have owned my Freelander for 4 weeks now and I am very pleased with it.I had roof rails fitted from new and I am sure they are the correct ones for cars with sun roof.[Cross bar at rear has one ridge running along the underside]I am experiencing quite a lot of wind noise above 50 mph.
I visited my local dealer,Lookers of Bishops Stortford {not the supplying dealer]to ask for some advice.
Their parts dept. didnt know the difference between the 2 sets, niether did the technician who had not seen or fitted any and when I asked the salesman if I could drive their demo to make a comparison He bluntly refused telling me I should have bought the vehicle from him[4000.00 pounds dearer!!!!]Needless to say I will not be taking it there for service.
Does anyone live near Stansted or Cambridge that has a car with sunroof and roof rails that will take me for a ride just to make a comparison. If they are all the same at least I will know.
Thanks
