What annoys me about the latest McLaren is the crap name. MP4-12C sounds like a model number of a kettle.

Lambo have the Aventador
Ferrari have the Italia
Aston have the Vanquish

Some of the best names came from good old TVR though back in the day. Griffin, Griffith, Chimera, Cerbera, Sagaris, Tuscan, etc LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

If I won the lottery(ha ha), scruffy clothes on, bag of cash, down to my nearest Aston dealers, and drool over the sheer class and tradition from the best super car for the officianado of taste and cool.

The maximum cash you can spend in a dealer should 5k, or it was when I walked into a dealer with a bit more!

Ah yes - the lottery..........that wonderful charitable organization that we all donate to on a regular basis, just on the off chance that those little balls will change our lives. The only life changing event for me involving balls was a few years ago at the family planning clinic Shocked Shocked Shocked That was an "experience" - never again though Laughing

I digress, defo the Aston for me - I'd be straight down the dealers, lottery ticket in hand. Then on the way back home, drop in at the Bentley dealers for the baby version for the missus.

Couldn't even get a placed horse in the National yesterday Big Cry ...........................................

I'm not a fan of the Mclaren to be fair, technically it's brilliant but there's no soul in it. It's beyond bland on the road if we're honest. And it's not pretty either. The interior's gorgeous though. Mine: 2012 Golf GTI Edition 35
