I see by the figures released today, I'm one of 12,994 people enjoying a new LR having taken delivery in March, which is 13% up on last year's figures. I suppose I've always been one to follow the crowd!

Your car looks great. I've noticed that you don't have coloured coded mirror caps etc. I thought they were were standard one the SD4? They were standard or MY11-12 SD4's.

You are correct, I don't have the colour coded mirrors, handles etc. as these were not included with the GS trim, even for an SD4. I did think about it, but wanted a dark colour and this makes it a much less noticeable upgrade so the £300-odd quid stayed in my pocket!!

I find that very odd. Colour coded trim always came with the SD4, even if it was a GS. Enjoy the car.

I don't think you can compare the trim levels to pre my13, they have all changed so much.

No, some members who own MY11/12's have upgraded the exterior handles to colour coded ones. My 2011 HSE SD4 has Oberon door handles but the rest of the exterior trim is colour coded. Personally I think they look smart in Oberon.
