Scotland 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Stornoway Grey
Gearshift gaiter (manual)

Hi all

The gear gaiter on my newly purchased FL2 has some scuffing around the front and I'd like to replace it. Does anybody have any expereince in renewing this i.e. where is the best place to source a good part, or is the LR part a decent price?
Also, do they come with the plastic surrounds or just the leather?

Cheers

The surround is seperate, have a word with Dan at Duckworth's a forum sponsor, his prices are good with free delivery.
As to how to replace it, click on the link and scroll down to 'Athelstans' post although a search will bring up others. http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic7445.html?highlight=gear+knob

Cheers EY

I'll speak to Dan.
I checked out Athelstans post and seems easy enough to change.
