LR should have a secret shopper. That way the dealer could never tell who they were talking to, and perhaps change their approach in case it was someone from LR.

If it helps sort out the useless dealers from the excellent, then great. If nothing happens to the dealer, then a waste of time!

Thanks for the advice chaps, Hunters have been good so far keeping me up to date with my car delivery date, sorting the finance etc... I think when it comes to service time I'll pay a visit to Guy Salmon at Wakey or take it back to Hunters in Preston and use it as an excuse to catchup with some friends.....
