AUX IN/AM/FM not working

Long time lurker, first problem to post about
My USB phone charger cable dropped into the other cigarette lighter plug, lots of noise from the speakers from shorting out noise I guess.
I have lost AUX IN/AM/FM radio on my 2006 SE FL2...CD still works and so do the lighter plugs
Read a few posts about losing AM radio, but FM and AUX as well?
Checked every fuse in all 3 compartments, Any help appreciated

Thanks in advance

That sounds like the head unit may have popped.... doubt there will be any fuses for the aux.

There MAY be for the FM but that could be me getting DAB mixed up.

Thanks ccsnet, had a feeling it was terminal.
Now to weigh up the costs of trying to fix the standard unit or replace it with something better, reading through the forums trying to work out the best option, those adapter wiring looms take all the hard work out of it, favoring something from Pioneer atm.
Car has been so reliable for 5 plus years and now the warranty has run out getting a few niggling issues that I need to get sorted like this.

Just thought I would give a quick update on my Stereo
Ended up buying a double din Pioneer Unit, some other bits and pieces and now have a much better sound system which rivals anything Land Rover offer.
Thanks to the forums and its members/suggestions and advice I have been reading.
Below is the full solution I installed.

Pioneer Head Unit
AVH-X3500DAB (which has DAB as a bonus)

OEM PIONEER AVH-P8400BH CD-IU201S USB Adapter Cable For iPod iPhone 4/4S APP

Conversion and Mounting Kits for Freelander 2
http://incartec.co.uk/landrover/1789/1034/2056/radio/Browser.aspx
29-658-PDC Landrover Freelander iso Steering control
29-020 Patch Lead instead of 29-007-3v - Not on this page but on their site, was suggested as a better option after I contacted them for confirmation.
21-123 Aerial adapter Fakra to din with 12v power
50-853 Landrover Double Din Cage kit
CA-692 Landrover rear camera
You can get a lot of these on ebay but it was just easier to get it all from one place

iPhone 4 Car Mounting Kit
http://www.holdmyphone.com.au
516170 Padded Thru-Connect Landscape Holder
654005 Freelander 2 07-12 Angled Mount

Everything installed quite easily and straight forward.
Biggest task is running the RCA cable from the back to the front of the car, suggestions elsewhere said the included cable was too short and it would not fit through some of the grommets. I ended up just getting 12M of RCA Coax and putting my own ends on meaning it would fit through the tailgate to car rubber tubes.
Tapped into the reverse wire for camera power (green with white stripe) near the luggage fuse compartment, no relay needed and is working well, of course I put a fuse in at the tap for safety.

Again thanks to all who posted the wealth of knowledge on here
