Sill Plates

Know some of you have these fitted http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rover-Freel...1c30f15db3

Are these a viable option ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LAND-ROVER-FREEL...337e236543

Both offer different areas of protection , just wondering which is the best area/most vunerable to protect ?

Julian

France 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Narvik Black

I fitted the first type because I wanted to protect the paintwok on the sill. The second type are fine but are protecting plastic. John
