I prefer two flat lenses but some prefer concave on the nearside and flat on the offside, but if you run with a concave things look closer than they are.

Just to confuse the issue I use convex both sides. Can't stand flats. I have the previous generation Milencos with both clamps and straps. Can't advise on Grand Aeros although I understand that on the Freelander the wedges help. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

Is there any advantage by upgrading to 'wedges' with the security of them, only one of mine disappeared going up the A1 last year. I looked around for any sign of CG but had to blame myself or the weather. |

EY are yours grand aeros or normal? I ran over one of my normal aeros last year, your welcome to have the spare if you need it? Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

Cheers Andy, I have some 'flat grips' thanks. That's two offers I have turned down today, I must have as many bits and pieces hanging around as you and Nick

As I understand it, you only need 'towing mirrors' ....... if your towed unit is wider than the vehicle towing it.
