In the original series The DR was only supposed to be reincarnated 7 times in one of the programs. I remember it so well, yet overlooked by the program producers.

Well because I have gone for a peasant badge, the pi Censored s takes from the badge toffs are inevitable. But its high time everyone took a look at the big picture.

The monthly payment, various costs (tax, servicing etc.) and the fact the warranty is up in April has been going around in my head for ages because of a financial dilemma. (Not going into all the figures).

Nowhere near paid off this years Uni fees and it’s a battle trying to do so. I am trying to save for a big holiday in USA next year and I start the Legal Practice Course in September, which is circa £7k. So, with a heavy heart, the FL2 is going. Sad

I decided I wanted not only to free up some cash and reduce payments but also to buy new for peace of mind and I have kicked ass on the discount front! Mr. Green I have never needed a large car; it just came with the territory.

I decided to go for a peasant badge small car, economical, tax exempt, cheap to insure. Think of it this way, go for a cheaper motor now and work hard to become a solicitor then return to the LR fold!

So, I am on the brink of buying…

A Fiesta Zetec-S petrol turbo 1.0 Ecoboost 125ps. Nippy enough for me and retains stuff like heated windscreen which I like. It won’t get the 65mpg that Ford claim but it will save me shed load of cash, which is more important to me right now than badge boasting etc.
