It's not as good as it was in the pre-AIDS days! Mainly inhabited by druggies and down and outs and it's very very seedy now. In my youth in the 1970's we always prayed for 5-6days in port in Hamburg and we still had cash to take home even though we only earned £25 a month! There used to be some great clubs and pubs there but now.......... it isn't worth a visit How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?
