In theory, climate control should be the same in any car and work to maintain whatever temp you have set it at. I think you are just feeling the cold a tiny bit more and feel more at ease with a slightly higher temperature. A sign of getting older? |

poor calibration of temp reading? maybe one read 1 C to cold other 1 C too hot At work |

I think the chicken fella is right. I have seen this before with external temperature probes / sensors being a couple of degrees out of calibration. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green

I've used many different temp probe at work, also technical visitors to the farm bring their own temp probes, we have had several 'quality' probes in a line and have seen them all read differently.

I would say calibration, i have four temperature on the pond, and get various readings, best I can get is at the moment its between 9.2 and 11.6. |

Be carefull at them temps andy,below 10 or above 15.Dont hold um anywhere in between |

I know, they've been down at 8 for a couple of months, I put the fire on last week, should be up to 13 for Sunday, glad I went down the ASHP road |

Manual says that the setting (in degrees) does not relate to the precise temperature at any point in the vehicle. Its a placebo so set the dial to the temperature number that suits you - there's every chance that you've got the same actual as the previous car with a different No on the dial
