United Kingdom 2010 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Santorini Black
camshaft Part numbers

Does anybody have access to part numbers? I wish to know if the SD4 190BHP has the same camshafts as the TD4 158 BHP .
Dealers only seem to look at vin numbers so cannot answer me.

PS if anybody wants a power upgrade then I have many 190BHP SD4 engine ancilliary parts inc the bigger turbocharger (listed in the for sale section). 2010GS Auto ex Celeb, Santorini Black, 2011 facelift , spoiler, spats, mudflaps, LED footwell lamps, Witter detach,
Other cars:-
1958 & 1959 Austin J40 Pedal Cars under restoration (I make many J40 parts)
If you have an Austin J40 or Pathfinder Pedal Car looking for a new home pls PM me.

camshafts

thanks and wow - what a mine of information.
It seems to suggest that there is only one type of inlet camshaft and one type of Exhaust camshaft!
I still have my original engine having fitted the 190 basic block/head assembly to my car using all the ancilliaries and manifolds off my 158 original engine. I was just wondering if I dare break up the old engine for parts but dare not in case there were other dissimilar parts. 2010GS Auto ex Celeb, Santorini Black, 2011 facelift , spoiler, spats, mudflaps, LED footwell lamps, Witter detach,

Romania 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

The Microcat version installed on the russian web site is old, from 2011. The latest camshaft numbers are: LR021914 exhaust camshaft and LR021913 for the inlet camshaft.

Search the part number on http://www.famousfour.co.uk web site to have the latest release. The site will tell you if the part number is obsolete.

camshafts

Thanks, ive taken a look at famous four however it still doesnt answer my problem (if indeed I have a problem).
.
I basically want to know if I need to strip my camshafts from my original wrecked 158BHP engine to re-install in my replacement base engine which I firmly believe was a 190BHP SD4 development engine.
If the camshafts are the same between the standard engine and the uprated version then I need take no further action.
.
The Russian parts list (when trying to read in English) seems to show the DW12 engine as one engine and then identifies the 190 as 'duratorque' - whatever that is supposed to mean yet only shows one pair of part numbers.
.
Further advice from any other techie would be most appreciated. Bow down
