Great idea, lets hope other dealers follow suit. Nothing better than a little sweetener to encourage you to stay loyal to a dealer.

Beware of "free" safety checks. They will find something to replace (wipers usually) and charge you for it. Evil or Very Mad

agreed, I received a loyalty letter months ago from my dealer, but as I do not have any faith in my dealer and have used other dealers for services, etc I will never use it. ( Shields Landrover )

Last week I also received a loyalty flyer from them without a stamp, and had to pay £1:50P for the priveledge.

they are totally useless and can't even post a letter !!

Laughing
I hate the 'postage' thing, I once had a note dropped in my door that a letter couldn't be delivered but could be picked up at the local sorting office, thinking it may be important I drove 8 miles return and paid 84p just to find it was a late Xmas card with no postage stamp Censored
