If you have one 'big thing' then it will be the catalytic converter, but if you have two 'big things' then after the 'cat' will be the DPF.

The 'cat' is inclined from the manifold and the 'DPF' is horizontal and parallel to the floor with small pipes attached.

Diesels have a cat?

Hi, you will enjoy the car, if it does not already have them, the best £100 odd quid you can spend is a set of genuine mud flaps, it's amazing how much crap they keep off the car. then the next best £100 is up-rating all 4 headlight bulbs, after that you have a pretty damn good motor with the two major flaws ironed out

I have a set of Defender mud flaps on mine, Rolling with laughter keeps a lot of crap off the caravan Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Zermatt Silver

It has mud flaps already, going to put on those "spats", cheap, looks good and sounds as if they do a good job.

I had a tow bar fitted from the land rover dealer.

Just wondering about getting the windows tinted, we have a dog and the Disco had them which seemed to make it less green house like in the summer.
