Sounds like something to get you to enquire, I bet the car doesnt even exist, phone up and its just been sold, but he might have another just round the back?? One careful owner and 10 not so careful ones like.
Put the postcode in on street view and its nothing like that.

It's called a 'last chance scam'

I looked into a couple a while back. They should be reported to eBay.

When you contact them (outside of eBay or they won't reply) they will give you a son story about their kids having cancer or similar and needing to sell the car quick. They'll also demand payment by western union. You pay, they promise to ship the car from Spain or somewhere stupid like that as that is where you find out it is, and then nothing turns up, there'll be no more contact, and you'll find it is a hacked eBay user.
