2008 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Izmir Blue

Land Rover Service in Germany

I need some help from my fellow forum members.
In mid June we'll go for two weeks in Germany for a 2 week holliday and I was thinking to fit some front/rear lamp protection and a bumper cover, maybe some side mirror covers. The reason I do not do it in Romania is that the nearest dealer is about 250 Km away and I would have to loose a whole day with the trip and fitting.
Therefore I want to do this wile on holliday.
Can anyone point me to some Landr Rover dealers that could supply/fit these parts in the region of Aachen, Koln, Liege, Luxemburg. I'll be in the Eifel region abt one hour from Aachen.

You maybe able to find a dealer from the Landrover Website

or if you have SATNAV in your SE (differerent countrys different specs )

LR dealers are programed in as POI's so you could put the details in under "POI location"

Though you would lose a day with them too as they would keep the car all day fitting this Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Why not buy the items on ebay/internet shop and fit yourself/get a local garage to fit them? I know you wouldn't get a full land-rover warranty but they are not moving parts and there is little that can go wrong.
Just seems easier than making a long trip or interrupting your Germany trip

Haven't got a SATNAV on my SE

Just Googled Land Rover germany and here is the website http://www.landrover.de/de/de/Vehicles/overview.htm
If you click on the box in the top right corner for putting in a postcode then a map showing the towns were there are dealerships will come up............................... including Koln. If you use the Google link then Google can translate the webpage to English for you. Here are the details of LR Koln

An even cheaper way is to use a parcel broker such as http://www.interparcel.com here you can send a parcel to Romania by DHL for £22.00, we have sent many parcels around the world by Interparcel and have found them very competitive on price and as they use reputable carriers (DHL, UPS, Parceline etc) we have had no problems. You do not need an account to use these services (you pay by card each time) and the carrier will collect from you (no trip to the Post Office).
