Someone once mentioned a possibility of activating the burner via the original key fob by remapping one of the buttons.

Just took delivery of Dynamic with Dynamic Plus and Cold weather pack. Trying to confirm the presence of the auxillary heater. Handbooks suggests I should be able to activate / set via the timed climate control system from the home menu but there is no icon to access the timed climate control system. Any ideas? |

Don't know about the MY13Ukk spec, but the FBH was not fitted to earlier UK Freelander 2's. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior |

Forgot to mention - mine is a new model 13 FL2 (I think that's how you classify it) registered January 2013. |

Based on the land rover uk configuration website there is no option to have an auxillary heater in the uk. You will have a electric heater that warms up the air while the rest of the car heats up.
