Jacking points for Trolley Jacks

I am about to rotate the tyres on my freelander and rather than using the standard jack
I find a trolley jack much easier. where do people jack the car? I have noticed what looks like a lift point
at the back (a raised section with two large holes in on both sides) is this for a car lift and hence strong enough
to jack on.
What do you use at the front ?

Follow the dropbox link in Nick's post in this thread:
http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic13171.htm...hop+manual

In there you'll find a document which shows all of the jacking points, and indicates specifically which can be used for trolley jacks. You'll find all kinds of other useful information too!

The link works OK here, but the jacking information isn't actually in there! I wonder where I got it from...! (Probably one of Alex's.)

Give me a few minutes and I'll upload the jacking document for you.
