That sounds good. Google images shows an orange / baby puke leather interior that I really don't like when I googled Mauritius blue FL.
I'm on a mission to see a Mauritius blue FL2 in the flesh now...I'm intrigued.

Looks very nice, personally would go for it but definitely needs tints and a spoiler, can't find a pic of a dynamic in that colour though.

Looks like auto express has got a blue one in next weeks issue against other brands there is a small picture in this weeks with diamond turned wheels like mine and I thought it looked nice , I think the blue needs the black windows ,sunroof ,spoiler and big wheels Mind you I think all freelanders need these options to look decent

Thanks for the recommendations but I have bitten the bullet and ordered a TD4 XS in Mauritius Blue with a few options added.

All in it worked out at a 9% discount. Local dealer price matched a dealer down south which saves me the plane fare.


I did however see the FL2 in Havanna in the daylight outside the dealer and I really liked it but not at £1,000.


I`m happy, so roll on its delivery in March.

Thanks taztastic. This will be my 5th Freelander, hope I have done the right thing regarding colour.

You certainly have, it is a cracking colour, I would love to see a dynamic spec in it, saw it first on an Evoque with a white roof which looked really good.

If you can afford it and its not too late would suggest you get the xenons instead of the standard halogens as they are not that good in my experience. Disco 4 HSE SDV6 Orkney Grey

Yeah i think your choice of "Mauritius Blue" is the right choice its a stunning looking colour and it will certainly turn heads.
