How do I find out my cars exact colour?

Im wanting a spoiler for my car and one place on e bay will paint it for me but all it says on my logbook is black so how do I find out what the exact colour is?

Paint code will be a sticker on the nearside B Pillar near the bottom Thumbs Up

It will give three or four numbers IRRC and the actual paint colour Thumbs Up

Give the code to who ever is going to be painting the spoiler, they'll mix the paint up
