I believe that the "victim" driver is in the same amount guilty...
Take a closer look and see that when the attacker was overtaking him the first time (around 0:21), the "victim" is speeding up with all that incoming traffic and not letting him to complete the overtaking...
So, in a way he looked for trouble.

I thought the video was showing the rage, but I don't think it shows what started it

Yes I read your previous post, but I said that this was due to the attacker already raging at him so he wouldn't want him to overtake him, something else not shown is the reason in my opinion
