i was concerned on how to get the DLR lights to work and as a work around i was thinking on connecting them to the side lights, this would mean the tail lights would be on as well but not a bad thing if you ask me as the number of drivers with DLR lights that don't switch there lights on in fog is on the increase 1995 P38 now dead

I seem to recall Chalky managed to do this conversion successfully quite recently, although IIRC he had to modify the connectors/plugs, as they had different pinouts.

Have a search on here, and send him a message if it's advice you are looking for. Foraging near Gaydon....
