I'm an interloper from the Def2 forum and have permission from Martin to advertise the following on here:

As SWMBO has sold her lovely FL2 (BN57 MUU in stornaway grey, been absolutely 100% in every way and will now be for sale somewhere) I have the original set of 17" alloys taking up room in the garage.

Rims are unkerbed and in very good condition, two tyres are OK, 2 are getting close to tread wear marks, no nuts or centres though, they were on the car for about two years, I bought a set of 18" with tyres from one of the shows and meant to fit a set of winter tyres to these rims but never got round to it. as SWMBO hates the snow and as we have a 100" toy and a 110 Puma, when it snowed I drove.

Looking for offers around £200, would prefer cash on collection

Hi Andy,

I'm afraid I am based around this area and very rarely head towards London & M25, although I will happily strap them to a pallet if you can arrange collection.

Otherwise, I'm not far from Tewkesbury junction 9 M5, does anybody head past this way and along to AJS on the M25?

All I wanted to ask was whether the 4 wheels/tyres would fit inside a Freelander for transport?
I'm just getting a quote for winter tyres to see how much the combination would be.

You could take your spare wheel out then there would be space for one of them, then you only need to fit three inside.  Andyfr

I picked up four 18" alloys with tyres from Leeds area, and with seats down they fitted with no problems.

a buyer collected mine with seats down and what looked to be 50 bottles of wine and still had room

I've got them out of the roof of the garage and cleaned them, & as i remembered are unmarked.
