Cant help thinking a Freelander will be a bit of a let down after a RRS

I don't think it will be a complete 'let down'.
More a bit of 'been there done that'.
The RRsport was completely enjoyable, and the best car I will ever have owned, but it was also the biggest financial drain I will have experienced.
It was a complete indulgence because living on the Isle of Man there is only a certain amount of touring you can do. Other than holidays in Ireland and England, I only put around 4000 miles on the clock in two years!
Watching the £'s drop off the price when it was sat in the garage was TOO much indulgence so here I am with the last of the LR models I have never had.
If I am lucky I will enjoy this one as much as the rest.
