United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame
Vredestein Wintracs on 16" wheels - Sold to Lloyd!

Looking at the weather forecast for the near future reminded me that I have a set (4) of 16 inch alloys (from the base model FL2, S?) in excellent condition (they were take offs when I bought them) fitted with 235/70 Vredestein Wintrac4 xtreme, but I have no Freelander to put them on any more!!!
I bought them last year at this time and they have done relatively few miles over last winter, up until the FL2 was sold, in March.
They are IMMENSE winter tyres, and I have just bought a set for my Defender for this winter.
I believe they will fit any Freelander2 diesel (I had them on an HSE) and they use the standard nuts.
The rims are in very good condition with only a small marks on 2 of them - see pic.
Collect from Lancashire, anywhere along the M65, or in Preston area.
Got to be a bargain at £450
Be ready for the weather - ready to bolt on and go.
Thanks,
Nicam

I knew I should have waited until I got home before posting this!!!, as I`m at work and the tyres are at home. They have minimal wear, and were only on the car last year for 3 or 4 months. I`ll measure the tread depth this evening, and compare it with the new ones I`ve just got for my defender. Don`t drive faster than your angel can fly!

Mildred, they are difficult to measure accurately but I reckon they have approx 7 to 8 mm of tread (my brand new defender wintracs have 9 to 10mm) so plenty of life left in them, or barely worn if you prefer. You have pm.
Andy, have got 265/70 x 16. I know it is slightly different overall diameter but the 235/85 as per standard size gave much less choice. Don`t drive faster than your angel can fly!
