I did talk to him in a civil manner. All he said that he didn't want a resevoir in his field. When i mentioned that it ended up almost flooding us, he didn't want to know. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice. |

Wonder if he applied to the environment agency to get permission to create a watercourse. That drip of a landowner would be completely liable if your house flooded. |

I'm not taking sides and I don't know the full story or the lay of the land, but the storm overwhelmed his drainage ditch and unfortunately his or gods actions nearly up someone else's property.
