Dont expect much of a reply if you filled in any forms online on the Landrover website. On 3 occassions over 2 months I requested a brochure on the LR2 and never received one - ended up going to a dealership to pick one up. Apparently Autoexpress conducted a survey on manufacturers websites and they ranked Landrover as one of the worst as they never answered any requests for information! |

The admin around the Land Rover web site is dreadful, I'm sorry its the old and brewery scenario .... I registered with the website Oct 2006, picked up the car in Jan 2007 (having heard nothing from LR direct). However since taking delivery I receive three copies of every mail shot and have received three LR Experience invitations, two of which I've taken up (missed out on the third one because I inadvertently shredded the invite!) If you wanted to take a harsh financial view on this then LR have wasted a lot of money on me, why waste money on mailshots and LRE when I've already made my purchase. Strange because the dealer has indeed taken that other view they've got money then they don't give a cr4p about me. I will be saying "tata" to Land Rover in a litlle over twelve months time. But good luck to those who have the time to persevere with the short comings of this iconic brand ... |
