England 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Fuji White

That sounds like a great deal on a very nice car Thumbs Up

It sounds like Land Rover are building stock cars again which is good news for discounts. A Land Rover owner since 1988

From a 1974 series III to a 12MY XS FL2 with help of a 1995 D1, 1996 D1, 2005 D3, 2007 D3 and a 2009 FL2.

2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Santorini Black

Smile hope you enjoy it! get it remapped Razz with the one you can remove and put it back on cant remember the name of the device. But if you have a warranty issue you can just put the old software back on Thumbs Up When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car

That's what I have already (Viezu aka ST3) but I don't think it works on Stop/Start TD4 New: Freelander2 GS 62 plate (MY13) - Santorini Black with Clearview & Front PDC
Old: Freelander2 XS 09 Plate - Zermatt Silver with ST3 remap (eco map), Garmin 1490T Sat Nav, Rear Seat Entertainment kit

The device can be programmed to match one vehicle at a time but only those that it can read the ECU via ODBII. I think the ECU on the post 2009 Freelander models (Stop/Start) can't be read. New: Freelander2 GS 62 plate (MY13) - Santorini Black with Clearview & Front PDC

Ordered 2013 MY XS with cold climate pack, Xenons, full-size spare and body-side mouldings; Firenze Red Td4. Waiting to find out delivery, could be 8 weeks or 12! Had a bonus look round ha;f a dozen 2013MY in the delivery compound because the one in the showroom was an HSE Luxe with all the toys!
Based on what I was expecting to get for mine as a trade-in, reckon I got 5% off or a cracking trade value, whcihever way you choose to look at it. Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red
Gone... 2008 (09MY) XS Td4 Manual Stornaway Grey
Prior... 2003 G4 Discovery 2, 1998 Disco 1 and 1997 Disco 1 Company car before that
Also gone in Nov'13, after 7.5 yrs, to new owners with time for more TLC - 1980 Series III 88
Current 2015 Discovery Sport HSE 2.0

Build date is 20th Dec so going for January registration to be sure that it's a 2013 car when it comes time to move on! That's 6 weeks after order plus a bit for trasnport and PDI (incl swapping over current tow bar and load guard) Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red

2009 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Zermatt Silver

Received mine today - have to say the MY13 is no real move on but there are some nice features.

New to me are full leather and heated seats. They really make a difference, much more comfortable and more like my Merc. The new 'stereo' is very nice with BT Audio streaming, DAB and iPhone control all as standard. The central console is really neat and the overall affect is definately a move up market.

Most noticable thing for me is that the speedo is now really hard to guage but the speed is now shown "digitally" and so that's not a factor. New: Freelander2 GS 62 plate (MY13) - Santorini Black with Clearview & Front PDC
Old: Freelander2 XS 09 Plate - Zermatt Silver with ST3 remap (eco map), Garmin 1490T Sat Nav, Rear Seat Entertainment kit

£2000 off GS model at all dealers - see advert in Motoring press and LR website:

Thumbs Up
They will act dumb though as they would rather not discount Twisted Evil Evil or Very Mad
I got roughly same deal. Mr. Green
PS consider adding arms rests - it makes such a difference

Not only GS models, I've just agreed same deal on an XS, with arm rests.
However to get an Auto Dim rearveiw Mirror it only comes as part of a "Memory Pack". So Electric seats and Auto dipping wing mirrors had to be included. £350ish. Faugh A Ballagh
