Much better dipped beam though and the side lights are way whiter.

Join the club, did my side lights last week and next week it's the head lights and all the interior lights and the puddle lights.
It's going to look like something from close encounters of the third kind when I press the fob Rolling with laughter

England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Tambora Flame

Done mine today, lots of improvement over the standard bulbs.

Had to take off the light guards though & didn't realise the whole light unit needed to come out to fit the sidelights lol.

Only took 30 mins & they look class Smile

2011 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Fuji White

Took the plunge and fitted the ring 120% H11 bulbs for dipped beams and LEDs for side lights over the weekend
Just in time for the clocks going back.

I cant decide if there's any improvement with new bulbs over the standard ones I took out. The pattern is slightly different and the light is a shade whiter - but on well lit roads its hard to tell the difference in brightness.

I do like the LED side lights - I can imagine they go very well with real HID xenon lights.

United Kingdom 2012 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Barolo Black

Compared with my old 2004 VW Touareg, the lights on my 59 reg XS were a vast improvement.
However I have just uprated both dip and main beam to Ring +120% Ultima H7's. Great result and
recommended. Also front side lights replaced with LED's. No problems encountered.
