Hi all, frenchie here & looking for your advices...

Bonjour,

I am Ivan from France and will soon get my 2009 FL2 XS td4 by december... My gf's dad is selling to me for a very good price with only 37000 km. I will post picture when I'll have it.

Anyway, I wanted to ask how can I get the sport body kit, can I have it for a convenient price? In the internet or directly in the dealer store?

Salut Martin,

Merci ton message et don interêt sur mon post, je dois avoué que j'ai hâte d'être en décembre... Le 5 plus exactement! De plus mon anniv´ est le 3... Super cadeau non?

J'ai juste une petite crainte... En France le moteur diesel, est un ford/psa ... Et je suis aussi propriétaire d'une volvo c30 ayant un moteur ford/psa avec plein de petits probléme tel que les FAP ( filtre à particule) et autre vane egr!!! Mais bon, je reste positive!!

UK models did not have DPF (FAP!) until 2011. The earlier version fitted to EU-spec cars can be unreliable. Yours may be late enough not to have reliability problems. Bonne chance!

Days are coming fast so the Land too...
As you may have noticed, I am interested on facelifting my Freelander and find good deals on the "Bay",
Do you think I can trust them? What should I be careful of? Do you mates know the cheapest and best way to transport a such balky package?

I am just getting excited...
