Clip thing in boot?

Hi all,

In my boot next to the tail gate under the parcel shelf are two hook type clips, one on each side, one of mine is missing. Does anyone know what this thing is for? Also does anyone know the part number for a replacement?

My non-genuine loadspace liner attaches to these 2 clips - already had to replace one. It is made up of 2 parts - the colour-coded clip and a white plastic mount. The latter is about 45 pence at the dealers. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green
Evoque SD4 Auto Blue.
FL1 HSE TD4 Manual Black - Gone.
RR Classic V8 EFI - Gone

The part number is LR003695 (for the Black - check cus I ordered a light grey one ... which will do but looks a bit crap)
