I really like most of the colours of our FL2s, but each colour evokes something different to me: Tambora flame evokes desert, Rimini Red brightness, Stornoway Grey quiet elegance.

What does the colour of your car suggest you?

black - oh dear it needs washing again , but so worth it

But I have noticed the grey boys are the ones that cause the most trouble on the forum !

Wanted Tonga Green, but dared not to take the chance (cos I’ve not seen one in the flesh)
Got offered Silver but that seemed too light and has been the most common colour for all cars here in Norway.
And just buy chance they had a Stornoway Grey hidden away for immediate delivery (which was also the wife’s favourite) and I am glad we ended up with that colour

Caspian Blue reflects strenght, daring to stand out of the crowd, something to be noticed, courage, a leader, one to be followed by others, and it is a beautiful colour. 2008 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Automatic, Caspian Blue, Alpaca, Moon roof, Exclusive pack.

Nobody has mention this premium colour - It does not need to be advertised.

I will not mention how well the smallest hint of green in the colour matches so well the green tinted windows and blends perfectly with the Alpaca inside.

Nor will I mention that it does not show the dirt. I have had it since June and I am only just considering giving it its second wash.

So far, 5000 miles of bliss

Baltic Blue Dead Classy & oh so different to all those boring Silver thro Grey to Black Shades. Goes great with Black interior, the only colour for inside a car. Emily looks so good in it I might be tempted to give her the 2nd wash & brush up in 12000 miles.
n.b. Black exterior does not = Pimp without adding the bling + body kit! still pining for my 3dr, no removeable hardtop, no drop glass tailgate, no roof rack, no pockets everywhere to stow all that man kit

Grey means respectable.

The other colours just mean "I am full of so my opinion doesn't count"

Simple really!!

I wanted Tambora, but in bright sunlight found it too yellow for me and was hoping it was more like the RRS orange

Of course gambba can only see the fl2 from the underneath, due to him being a shrimp.
