SD4 Sport LE - 18 months old and loving it

Not posted for months, mainly due to hobbies and work getting in the way, so I thought it time to recap on the first 18 months of ownership.

apart from the usual warranty claims for a noisy idler bush??? whatever one of those is and the new turbo I have just had fitted my SD4 has behaved faultlessly, and I can honestly say I love her.

I didn't know I had a fault with the turbo until they mentioned I had a sticky wastegate while fixing the idler bush???? as she was running fine, always returns 38-39mpg and does everything I could ever ask.

just clocked 44,000 miles and I have just had to change the original tyres as they were near the wear bars, not bad though as I was told the 19" Continental UHP's didn't last that well.

switched to Wintrac extreme 4's for this winter so it had better snow. I brought them last year on some 17" wheels but never got around to fitting them, so as I was having new summer tyres I got the garage to swop the wheels for me, the strange thing is that in the first three days since fitting them my MPG has risen to 43mpg and I am really not sure why, the rolling diameter is the same as is the width, perhaps I am just taking it a little slower. SD4 Sport LE Firenze Red - no options or modifications yet, but it's early days.
