Bike Rack info required

Morning , I am looking to purchase a cheap bike rack , seen the saris bones 3 and was wondering if anyone on here has used this one , if so did you need anything else to be road legal of do you get away with the lights / number plate not being covered

United Kingdom

Just googled the rack

Not sure how it wouldn't cover the rear number plate or partcially obstruct the rear light which means pc plod on a quiet day will be throwing fines and point on your licence and iirc possibly preventing you continuing your journey until fixed, but I don't know of any roadside number board providers,

maybe I could go on dragons den, mobile number plate and light boards and burgers bars in lay-bys Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
