My drivers door won't lock????

Help please, my car locks its a GS 10 plate so the wing mirrors fold and all other doors lock but I can open the drivers door and the alarm goes off!!!! Shocked just been looking over older posts to see if there is a reset??? But can't see anything relating to this fault yet, thanks all in advance I am going to try the other key fob and will see if this makes a difference Idea 2013 B&W edition black of course!

Each door operator has a seperate fuse so the easiest thing to do first is check in the rear fusebox for FA1 25 amp, to see if it has blown.

Had the driver's door lock motor fail on mine at 2 years old, got it replaced under warranty, it's a common fail due to water getting to it dealer should fix no problem

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Auto Tonga Green

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago whilst at the LRO Show.

Locked the vehicle and then the offside rear passenger door could be opened and the alarm went off Evil or Very Mad

We turned the child locks one way and then the other. This seemed to fix the problem in that the door remained locked.

Hasn't happened since. May have just been a coincidence and the door motor is on its way out Big Cry Discovery 4 HSE - Aintree Green
