They are on the keyboards people use to type their question, they just have to press them in the right order

But I often wonder if their keyboard broke as all to often people who have taken time to reply, photograph or type a guide are not thanked, (obviously not directed at anyone in person or the op)

It's gets to a point were those that do help are not going to bother
