You need to be an elderly prisoner have the best of both worlds and get looked after by a nice nurse that comes round after lights out |

very true, my mother was in a nursing home up to her passing away, although I've never been in prison (yet) to be able to comment on prison life.

I have worked in prisons for the past 23 years, and the statement is so true. Prisoners are manageged under a set of Prison Rules. These rules dictate the "minimum" standards of care they should recieve whilst in custody.
