Sat nav display upside down and not responding to touch scre

My Freelander 2 has just been returned from the dealer and now the sat nav display is upside down and the touch screen does not function. I have looked in the owners handbook and there is nothing there to tell me how to reset. Any ideas?

Could try my old trick, disconnect the battery then connect it again? Can fix lots of electrical oddities...
