I use it to spread out and agitate the alloy wheel cleaner, knowing its not going to scratch them make the job a lot easier spraying it means it goes through the spokes and a waste lots and at £22 a litre i don't like wasting it Some say a paint brush is just as good, but mine doesn't have the metal holding in the hairs Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

If you can feel smallish bumps on the paintwork when you run your fingers over it then its time to clay, I found the bottom of the front doors to be the worst place.
If you get a dual action polisher there is not a lot of damage you can do, a rotary takes a more skill . . .
