What are these 2 devices in the engine bay ?

Looks like Black and greeney things,
with a Grey plug/socket on them ....!!  Wales
Were the mud is thicker, and the ruts are deeper.
(And we have the water to wash it off, and more on the way..! )

Relays, not sure what purpose but prob electric fans

Thanks for that. I wondered about that too but I thought everything to do with airbags was colour coded orange or yellow.

Just as well I didnt give them a too detailed look over Ive had airbags go off before and it aint nice.

Don't worry, it wont deploy the airbags if you jiggle the sensors...
The airbag module is "thinking" when it should deploy the bags or not.
Among the input data is the vehicle speed and rate of deceleration.
So stationary you can't deploy them, even if you disconnect them.
Imagine that even a small terminal oxidation would deploy the airbags by mistake.... No way.
Not to take into consideration that most sensors have inside just a plain and simple normal open contact. That closes only on hard deceleration. So opening the circuit / taking out the connector is just as normal functioning.
Short-circuit its wires are another thing. But other conditions should meet as I've said above.

But to answer to your question, the fact that I have a FL2, passion, curiosity, a lot of hobbyist reading and, during my second decade on summer vacation days, many hours spent in a friend's garage, friend who allowed me to help him repair a lot of (different) cars with lots/various problems...
