I've done a Toeknee!

Met Mrs Pegleg in town today on her lunchbreak.

We went into a music shop and there was a very nice guitar; Tanglewood TW55N-NS. Didn't try it as Mrs Peglegs parking time had almost run out and she had to get back to work. So had I little walk round and this guitar was playing on my mind.
So I went back and tried it. Smashing. I could feel a love affair begininng.
So I bought it.
I'm never the impulsive type, takes me ages normally and I do a lot of homework.
Takes me weeks or months to decide on a purchase and I always consult Mrs Pegleg.

So Mrs Pegleg will be in for a shock when she gets home from work at 4.30. Particulary as I bought my previous guitar only 18 months ago.
I've hidden all pots, pans, knives, forks and anything else that has the potential of being used as a missile.

And i've just had another terrible thought; it's really busy on Friday evenings at our local A&E Dept Big Cry Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Could be worse
Could have gone out to buy a sweatshirt, and come back with a bright orange FL2 Surprised

On the bright side SWMBO was with me at the time, not amused, took her silence as permission.

Have since found out that women are communicators by nature, and take silence badly.
Men on the other hand are solitary, and enjoy silence. Ooops. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

Getting on great with my new instrument Thumbs Up
After reading some recents posts; I'm sure many of you have also, i've decided to help return to sanity, good humour and lightheartedness.
So I'm learning a new tune by that great band from the 60's and early 70's 'Canned Heat'

'Let's work together'.

Please, no offence intended to anyone, not my style Thumbs Up Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Ay up Simon!
Nah, I'm a lefty. Need a proper music shop.
Anyway, it was a 630 quid instrument, but they can't shift lefties.
So I made an audacious offer, to my suprise they accepted. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
