I am on my holes in France, and there are about 5 FL2's on the site, all UK cars. One is a 12 plate XS TD4, I have noticed that the splash guards under the front bumper are not as deep as the ones I have.

They did release a smaller set a few months after the face lift came out.

There is a thread on here somewhere regarding the different part numbers and the shallower depth other than that nothings changed

Less chance of them grounding if off road

yes thats right ,,,they are a pain in the arse,,,,even going lightly off road,,,mine are off all winter in the hunting season,,,in the book they do say to remove them and the towing cover below grill. Current: Freelander 2 GS, Orkney Grey, Factory fit privacy glass, design pack and Clearview pack.
