Anyone know how to remove the plastic side lining on the boot walls? 2007 FL2 TD4 SE Auto, Alaska White with Black Leather, Cooper A/T3 tyres.

Easy.
1: unbolt the two metal "D" retention hooks
2: remove the long black plastic (or stainless steel) boot lip lock stricker plate trim panel
3: remove the rubber weather seal that surrounds the boot opening - but only around the area where the trim panel meets the weather strip. You'll need to do this a little also around the rear passenger door to make life easier.
4: lower the section of rear seat applicable to the side of the trim panel you are planning to remove, and then, you'll see inserted into the panel you want to remove a black plastic cover plate on the wheel arch. Remove this.
5: now if removing the l/h trim panel you will need to remove the load space light - it pops out from its r/h edge, and then disconnect. Also remove the aux power plug.
6: finally, working from the rear of the FL2 towards the rear seats gently pull towards the centre of the load space the trim panel - do this slowly so as not to snap off the trim panel's many plastic retention plugs!

Note: I forgot to mention that you'll need to remove the single " cargo net" black plastic hook near the top of the rear of the side panel trim. This is done by turning it through 180degrees and then it comes off. Simple

Also, having just read again my original reply- to clarify in item 5: the aux supply is uncliped from the wiring circuit - after - you've pulled the trim panel away slightly. And not before

Just a quick one - can the aux power supply be removed without taking the panel off? I would like to try to swap it for one of the engel fridge plugs.
