SD4 brakes

Me again with more questions Laughing

I did a LR day in a Freelander 2 last autumn. Brilliant Bow down I seem to recall the instructor saying that the SD4 has the same brakes as the Discovery 4. Anyone know if this is true?

Thanks

I could be enlightened by someone, but all I can tell you is the SD4 has the same brakes as the Freelander TD4, and 'Microcat' LR numbers are different between D4 and FL2 for brake assemblies.

Disco 4 has the same brakes as the RRS so very much doubt they'll be the same on the FL2 Exclamation ______________________

Sounds to me like the LR guy doesn't know what he is on about. I did an LR day in an SD4 and the guy made no such claims. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

I knew you wouldn't let me down. I checked at 6pm and was worried but I thought he will surely pounce soon and there it is!

same brakes in that they have discs and pads, other than that totally different, no need fl2 is a fair bit lighter so doesnt need such big brakes.

I will say an fl2 brakes just as well as a RRS At work
