holiday blues

just had 2 weeks away and I am coming to the end of my second day back at the office playing catch up and I have had enough Laughing

If im not working, I'm at home as the weather isn't good enough to do anything the the overgrown grass, the conifer hedges need another trim, the car needs a wash and a good machine polish, My shotgun doesn't know what a cartridge is as it hasn't seen one for 2 month and I have to fit visiting my mum in hospital in to my working day or evening due to a infection in her ankle nearly putting end to her when it spread.

I just don't have the time to fit everything in nowadays and feel like i need another holiday Very Happy

Same as you Nick, I've only been back from Wales 2 weeks and off to Suffolk a week after you. I got no interest in work at all and am just going through the motions Laughing

Scarborough of me, a weekend away, then kids stay on with gran and grandad in my van and then I return the following week to have another weekend way nd bring van home

Houses are a bit quiet without the kids, even at 6 & 3 yr old when they would be in bed, must be strange when you have them there and the move out to uni or their first home Confused

Hope it was nothing I said wizking Laughing
Ah, my home county, I get down there about 3 times a year to see family and bring back a few dozen pasties.

Nick, I remember when my last daughter left home, it was so strange, so quiet that I only then realised I had nothing to say to the wife Laughing It takes a bit of getting use to.
