I must admit we actually go to sainsbury's for our meat as Tesco's does appear to be poor !some of their chicken doesn't even look like its fit to be on the shelf ! must be the way they present it or how long its in Transit for.

tescos wont be subsidising the petrol the suppliers of the items will be bearing the brunt, heinz,nestle and unilever is it? At work

I have always shopped at Tesco but now started going further to Sainsburys has their meat is better

Well at 70litres to fill you would save £7. The Golld blend refill cost £9 so in real terms the coffee costs £2. Now I am not a retail expert but I am sure Tesco are using this promo as a loss leader because we will always buy something else while there. |

I buy my meat from a butcher, my bread from the bakerand my fruit and veg from a greengrocer, use the super markets for tinned stuff only.
