The claims handlers at Fleet Management Group have appointed Enterprise car rental to supply me with a hire car while my company motor is been sorted out post prang. A bloke rang last week and said they would drop me a car off today but I was leaving at 6 this morning. He said they would leave a 5 series or a 320 Merc, I told him no way don't want or need one for this week so just leave me a Corsa or Fiesta. Today the 5 star titanium studded tossers left...............

A Hyundai Santa Fe Premium CDRI ....... not a brand snob thing, i'd have been dead happy in a Fiesta, it is just hideous, you sit in the thing and it is just so tacky even though it is full leather everything, every tactile part of it is just yuk, and it look wrong from every angle. The 2009 cloth seated Freelander I used today is a much much nicer thing.

It could have been worse. Of the few hundred Chinese MG6's that have been sold over the last year, virtually all of them have been registered to Avis as hire cars.

So you probably got off lightly with the Hyundai....
