Satnav defaults

Hi
I recently reset my satnav to defaults. The route arrival box now shows duration from present position to destination as well as distance to go. Before resetting the defaults I used to get an ETA in current time format. Any ideas how to get this back?

Without going and checking, when the sat nave is on the map screen en route, press the area showing time, distance etc touch that area and you can choose your various formats.

Sorted! Touch the route arrival box which brings up a blue box at the screen base and it toggles between 'Arrival time' and 'Time remaining'. Wonder why this isn't in the user guide; but many thanks for your help.
