Got to do it all again tomorrow! Ears are fine, always use ear plugs or ear defenders! It's a must!

I was there last year and fully appreciate how awkward it is to get any pics even half decent!
Unfortunately i didn't get there this year because i didn't have the spare time, and its a trek from cumbria down there as i stayed at Bristol east last time.
The chinook and apache were impressive last time, shame i'm going to miss the B2 stealth this time. Big Cry

What lens did you use?

Have you also attended day 2? Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

They are allRAF Hawk trainers from all over the place, 27 planes I think

The reason why I ask is that I saw 12 Hawks over here today and yesterday. I thought maybe they were the Finnish team using 41 squadron Hawks.
Glad you're getting on with your D90, I also use Nikon Capture NX2 to process shots and it's a breeze to use. Going to compare it Photoshop shortly. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
